1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using the services, website, or materials provided by Precision Revenue Systems (“PRS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
2. Services
Precision Revenue Systems provides structured revenue recovery, lead optimization, and consulting services. All services are advisory and strategic in nature.
No specific financial or business outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on client implementation, market conditions, third-party platforms, and other variables beyond our control.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
- Cooperate in good faith throughout service delivery
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use PRS materials solely for internal business purposes unless authorized
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are billed according to the agreed proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Payment must be made by the stated due date.
Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of services. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, frameworks, systems, documentation, software, and materials provided by PRS remain the exclusive intellectual property of Precision Revenue Systems.
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use materials solely for their internal business operations.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect any confidential or proprietary information disclosed during the engagement and to use such information only for purposes related to the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Revenue Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to PRS for services rendered in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement or written notice requirements. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
